How to play
Find today's mystery element in 6 guesses. Type a name or symbol, or tap an element on the spiral, then press Guess. Every guess tells you:
- Ring: same ring (period), or whether the answer is further out or further in.
- Spoke: same spoke (group), a neighboring spoke, or neither.
- Family: same chemical family, such as halogens or noble gases.
- Path: how many steps along the spiral's path, as a heat color. No direction.
Stuck? A trivia hint unlocks after your 2nd guess and a sharper one after your 4th. Hints are free, but your shared result shows how many you used.
